I like the idea of Greenwheels - it's great! The app and website however don't work most of the time. Crashes, endless spinning wheels and loads of errors. It must be my most frustrating and time consuming digital experience ever. Bar none.
Expensive
Worst app design you can imagine. Once you book the car, there is no way to get directions other than typing the address in google maps youself, because the small address thing is not copyable or clickable. App also throws weird errors at you all the time, which makes it seem like it's not working, even though it is. Support is rude. Edit: Aaaand now the login is not working anymore. What an amazing app...
- It took them more than a month to verify my account. - Overall unfriendly app, it s impossible to understand what is going on without calling the call center. - Last time I rent a car, I parked the car at wrong parking point and they left the car there for a week. I got 4 fines and 40 administration fee.
worst CS I ever experienced
Sign up works, but login doesn't, not even on the website. My advice: Before you send any personal data or before you pay make sure you sign up, and then login to fill in the details.
always expect troubles
Handige app voor als je af en toe een auto nodig hebt. Er staan er 4 in de buurt dus altijd keuze.

DANGER! The website and phone app of this company are filled with bugs and errors. The customer service is varying. They will refuse to accept any responsibility in their own faults and will try to charge you regardless! USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! I have bgeen renting cars for 8 years now in all different countries. I am never going to use this company again....
